PET Image Analysis System with modelling
CarimasTurku is a Cardiac Image Analysis System developed using the IDL language in Turku PET Centre, Turku Finland. This program is designed for visualising and analyzing PET studies. Multiple modalities (PET/MRI) can be loaded and the images fused. Regions of interest can be drawn and stored for analysis. Many modelling programs from the Turku PET centre are built into the application.
