WebGL for Scientific Visualization

The X Toolkit is an open source Javascript library enabling WebGL for scientific visualisation. Xtk performs volume rendering, thresholding and cross-sectional slicing of 3d image data, and has native ability to read a wide variety of files including DICOM, NIFTI, NRRD, VTK, and MGH. The API is fully documented and there is a comprehensive tutorial available.
