XNAT

The Extensible Neuroimaging Archive Toolkit (XNAT) is a comprehensive imaging informatics platform designed to facilitate management and exploration of neuroimaging and related data. XNAT includes a secure database backend and a rich web-based user interface. It is built on a plugin architecture allowing easy extensibility. Data upload including de-identification is possible using DICOM-native transport or a REST API.
Based on DCM4CHE, it contains tools for viewing images locally and through a network connection, and PACS functionality.
