Escape EMV for Windows

EMV Windows is a lightweight DICOM viewer, anonymizer and converter. It can send to and receive files from a PACS, and can open most DICOM images and DICOMDIR files. EMV Windows can handle user objects, such as annotations and measurements and is available in multiple languages. It has a grid-based multiframe display with Dicom overlays, can handle nonsquare pixels and calibrate images.
