Summary Workflow application for integrating neuroimaging tools
Description LONI Pipeline allows rapid development of neuro imaging workflows using prebuilt modules and graphical programming techniques. Processing tools on remote machines of different architectures maybe included in the pipeline. Grid computing is supported using parallelization.
