Summary Co-registration of Nifti and Analyze images
Description Performs rigid, affine and non-linear registration of Nifti or Analyze images. Two versions of the algorithms are included, a CPU- and a GPU- (using CUDA) based implementation. Provided as source code and will build on multiple platforms using cmake.
