Description 3D Interactive Chemical Shift Imaging (3DiCSI) is an interactive, user-friendly and comprehensive sofware program for Magnetic Resonance Specttroscopic Imaging (MRSI or CSI). It contains multi-dimensional CSI data visualization, spectral processing and analysis, spectral localization, and quantification. it currently runs on Windows and is provided free for research.
