Summary MRI Diffusion Tensor 3D Viewer
Description Tool to visualize Diffusion Tensor Fields created using DTI Track 2005. Tensors are color coded using major eigenvectors. A Volume of Interest (VOI) can be interactively set to limit the visualization to a specific region. The size, shape and sampling of tensors is customizable. It is the best solution to verify if the diffusion tensor field is ready for fiber tracking or not
