Summary Statistical Parametric Mapping for functional neuroimaging
Description The definitive statistical analysis package for PET/FMRI, written in Matlab. Statistical Parametric Mapping refers to the construction and assessment of spatially extended statistical process used to test hypotheses about [neuro]imaging data from SPECT/PET & fMRI, also EEG and MEEG. A very involved user community have contributed a vast library of toolboxes, and are supported by publications and training courses.
